Nike ID, also known as "Nike by you", is a feature on some of the brand's products, especially sneakers, that allows for customization. For years, Nike ID primarily used a 2D interface, usually web-based, where you could preview how the customized product would look and feel.

For the launch of Nike's first flagship store in Chile, at the country's biggest mall, we used the Roshe 2 - a recently released and highly customizable model from the brand. We took the Nike ID experience to the next level by offering an interactive, immersive, and integrated platform. It allowed for real-time customization of the product while displaying a high-quality 3D visualization. In the end, it integrated with the eCommerce system, so users could complete their purchase, choose their size, and receive the product they created within 7 days.

The result? Roshe 2 sales doubled, and there was a considerable increase in visits and engagement as people watched (and bought) products while waiting their turn to use the platform.

This project ended up winning a considerable number of awards at multiple global events like Cannes Lions, The One Show, ADC Awards, D&AD, CLIO Sports, WAVE and El Ojo de Iberoamérica.
